Key Responsibilities

•Define the master enterprise catalog vision, operating model, taxonomy structures, data ownership rules, and lifecycle management workflows across distinct product lines.
•Act as the primary Product Owner and business lead for the end-to-end evaluation, deployment, and rollout of the enterprise PIM ecosystem.
•Architect omnichannel-ready product schemas that map variations, hierarchies, and cross-sell structures across accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility, and retail offerings.
•Drive the integration strategy connecting the PIM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), resort channel managers, inventory engines, payment platforms, and CRM solutions.
•Optimize product discoverability and merchant capabilities by configuring metadata, media, and promotional bundles to drive personalization and recommendations.
•Set data quality benchmarks, track catalog health metrics, and manage multilingual localization layers.
•Facilitate alignment workshops and coordinate between Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience, and external partners.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM).
•Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field.
•Proven experience leading enterprise PIM implementations within hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking ecosystems.
•Strong technical strategy background with PIM platforms (prefer Akeneo, or Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver).
•Direct experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
