  • •Deliver comprehensive enterprise risk reporting to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
  • •Design and operationalize a next-generation Risk Appetite program using intelligent risk insights and real-time data aggregation.
  • •Enhance Effective Challenge discipline across the second line of defense through cross-functional leadership.
  • •Partner with technology and data teams to implement an enterprise system of record for key risk metrics, enabling predictive analytics and automation.
  • •Lead and develop a team of 8–12 risk professionals, organizing work, providing feedback/coaching, and building a pipeline of risk leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,700 - 272,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in Risk Management, Project Management, or Process Management.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading initiatives in a highly-regulated financial services environment.
  • •At least 5 years of experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and Board-level committees.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams.
