Operations Supervisor-CIF/ Government Reporting

Supervise the daily activities of one or more complex operations units, including workflow planning, scheduling, and continuous process improvement. Lead hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution for back-office staff while ensuring controls and procedures are followed for audits, SOPs, and security regulations. Analyze complex operational issues, stay current on new technologies, and support risk and mitigation reporting to improve efficiency across the department.
