Job Summary

Lead the APAC Deal Desk team to shape and support enterprise, strategic, and mid-market deals end-to-end across quote-to-cash. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and inspire the APAC Deal Desk team to deliver deal shaping, commercial modeling, and operational support for Enterprise sales across the region.
•Evolve and scale a repeatable Deal Desk playbook to accelerate deal cycles and support Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
•Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal to design and implement practices and policies that drive commercial outcomes and long-term customer value.
•Use data, reporting, and analytics to monitor team performance, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact.
•Collaborate with process and system teams to drive automation adoption, process improvements, and system enhancements that elevate efficiency and quality across APAC.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
•5+ years of people leadership, building and scaling geographically distributed teams.
•Experience structuring and supporting complex, high-value enterprise deals (typically $1M+ ACV), including non-standard pricing, multi-product bundles, and ELAs.
•Strong command of quote-to-cash processes and supporting systems (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, billing/ERP).
•Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Legal in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
