Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and implement manufacturing software systems that integrate with MES hardware and software. Collaborate with the MES architect to support Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality systems and data architectures in an agile environment. Build and modify multi-tier solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies, integrate shop-floor systems, troubleshoot complex software issues, and support manufacturing systems to meet KPIs, including after-hours on-call support as needed.

•Participate in solution design with analysis and tradeoffs across technology options.
•Integrate and configure shop floor systems with custom-developed and off-the-shelf solutions.
•Support Manufacturing Systems, meet KPIs, and provide after-hours support via an on-call roster.
•Investigate software system problems, perform root cause analysis, implement preventative measures, and produce technical documentation for service transition to operations.

Salary: USD 80,700 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
•3+ years in software development teams using Microsoft .NET technologies (preferred).
•2+ years interfacing with manufacturing control/shop-floor automation systems, PLCs, or OPC data transfer (preferred).
•Experience in solution design and development for multi-tier architecture using C#, XAML, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
•Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including large-volume data processing and maintenance.
