Retail Sales Lead

Lead in-store sales support for the store management team by delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers with complex automotive parts identification, compatibility questions, and system-level concerns. Guide and train team members through hands-on mentorship, ongoing feedback, and structured parts-knowledge development. Maintain safety, compliance, cash-handling procedures, and store operations during high-traffic periods, while assisting with reports and supervisor-support duties as assigned.
