Lead daily store operations at Vans’ Disney Springs Town Center, supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure inventory flow from stockroom to sales floor, and uphold safety and operational procedures. Partner with store leaders to monitor KPIs, achieve sales goals, foster an inclusive team culture, and help maximize store profitability while participating in local community initiatives.
