Job Summary

Prepare, validate, and maintain formulation, BOM, and master data in SAP to ensure accuracy and consistency across R&D, QC, and Production. Support migration and verification of product formulations, coordinate data-entry for alternative materials and formulation revisions, and participate in SAP testing and troubleshooting during go-live and stabilization. Collaborate with R&D, QC, Production, Supply Chain, and SAP support teams while maintaining documentation and data governance for traceability and compliance.

•Support migration and validation of product formulations and related data entries within SAP.
•Ensure alignment between SAP data and R&D formulations, QC specifications, and Production requirements.
•Coordinate data-entry activities for alternative raw materials, packaging configurations, and formulation revisions.
•Participate in SAP testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during go-live and stabilization, supporting data governance and compliance.

•Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

•Experience with ERP/SAP systems, formulation management, or master data handling.
•High accuracy and attention to detail when working with technical and master data entries.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication skills.
