Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist a Master Technician mentor with acclimating to dealership operations and receive one-on-one technical training.
  • •Perform work as outlined on repair orders and assist with maintenance, accessory installs, and diagnosing/repairing powersports vehicles.
  • •Conduct multi-point inspections (MPI) and record video highlighting inspection results.
  • •Recommend additional service work found during the MPI and escalate questions to your mentor or Service Manager.
  • •Collaborate with Service Advisors for smooth communication and accurate work orders while maintaining shop cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an accredited Motorcycle, Marine, or Automotive program (UTI/MMI as examples).
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • •Valid motorcycle license for test rides, with a good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR).
  • •Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume dealership or powersports service center.
