HR Delivery Specialist – Compensation Team

Support compensation operations for variable pay and base salary in the Compensation unit, handling day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks. Manage recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly activities, follow up on cases in the case management system, and contribute to process improvements and system maintenance. You’ll collaborate across HR and Finance to resolve user inquiries in Vilnius, while participating in testing new tools and sharing knowledge with your team.
