Support full-cycle recruiting for multiple business units, managing a high-volume requisition workload while partnering with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor. Source, screen, and qualify candidates; run phone and virtual screenings; and coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications. Maintain accurate records using applicant tracking systems, provide pipeline and progress updates, and assist with offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
