Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, and policy violations across international jurisdictions using the TMR Investigation SOP.
  • •Synthesize and analyze international case data and regional trends to identify systemic issues and provide risk-mitigation insights to leaders.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for labor relations, leading engagement with Works Councils and trade unions to ensure compliance with local collective labor mandates.
  • •Coach people leaders on the Standardized PIP process and ensure performance actions are legally defensible and meet fair process standards in non-at-will jurisdictions.
  • •Document matters in the case management system; author concise investigation reports and provide briefings with practical, high-judgment recommendations to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive HR/ER experience, with a strong focus on international workplace investigations and employment law.
  • •Deep knowledge of UK and European employment law, including experience navigating Works Councils and complex international labor regulations.
  • •Experience acting as a neutral party in sensitive, confidential topics with the ability to balance objectivity and empathy.
  • •Proven ability to manage a high-volume international caseload across multiple time zones while meeting strict SLAs.
  • •Strong writing and stakeholder influence skills to collaborate effectively across all management levels.
