Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams and external customers to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
  • •Reconcile positions and balances for business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
  • •Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity with the Ripple Trading and Markets team to identify and resolve exceptions.
  • •Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities.
  • •Identify manual processes to automate or streamline and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Willingness to work weekend/holiday shift patterns as required under a follow-the-sun model.
  • •Relevant hands-on experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation.
  • •Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
  • •Understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, balance sheet reconciliation) is strongly preferred.
