Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Halliburton Malaysia’s three-year Management Trainee program designed to cultivate future leaders in manufacturing and supply chain.
•Engage in immersive learning experiences that provide a holistic view of the business and cross-functional exposure.
•Rotate through multiple departments to deepen knowledge and leadership capabilities for frontline management roles.
•Develop and demonstrate leadership and analytical skills to prepare for leading a team in a frontline role at program completion.
•Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives within the manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
•Fresh graduates or early career graduates are encouraged to apply
•Excellent communication skills along with a drive for further self-development
•Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
•Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
