Key Requirements

  • •Must be FINRA licensed with Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and required state insurance licenses, or be able to become licensed within 180 days of start.
  • •Bachelor’s degree, or a background in financial services/investments, or equivalent work experience.
  • •1 to 2+ years of job-related experience in a financial sales position.
  • •Thorough understanding of residential mortgage banking, credit analysis, and approval techniques and policies/procedures.
  • •Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including via telephone).
