Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support projects and advise the VA NSOC on logistics operations, including asset control, inventory management, accountability, and asset reutilization/disposal procedures.
  • •Manage MAC tickets via ServiceNow (Moves, Adds, Changes) and coordinate tactical standard operating procedures.
  • •Perform shipping and receiving of assets (logistics) and ensure compliance monitoring from procurement through disposition.
  • •Conduct audits of all IT assets within the VA-NSOC (annual inventories).
  • •Assist with special projects, including installing/removing/transporting server equipment and coordinating installation using schematics, while determining logistics support sequences and time phasing.

Salary: USD 60,800 - 74,830 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Must be able to pass a government Tier 2 Moderate Background Investigation.
  • •Ability to manage IT assets/Configuration Items across the full lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning).
  • •Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills.
  • •Ability to use a ticketing system and operate with ERP systems to create/modify configured items.
