Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee enterprise data, analytics, MDM, and integration strategy, including platform architecture and governance.
  • •Modernize data infrastructure and data sets to support business growth.
  • •Lead end-to-end cloud native data warehouse and analytics platform solutions for scalable Data Products and AI/ML use cases.
  • •Establish best practices and governance for data quality, accuracy, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • •Hire and lead data engineering/analytics teams and partner with vendors to deliver scalable data movement and API-first integration across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Greater than 15 years in technology roles with extensive data engineering and integrations experience (or equivalent).
  • •Greater than 10 years of people management experience managing internal and external (contract) resources.
  • •At least 5 years leading complex analytics environments, including developing and maintaining large analytical data warehouses and data integration tools.
  • •Experience with API/data movement integration platforms and technologies including Mulesoft, Boomi, Apigee, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Databricks, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
