Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments from concept through final production.
•Evolve and extend Phantom’s visual identity by contributing to design system decisions and setting creative direction across surfaces.
•Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative concepts, including campaign and brand system expansions.
•Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure brand-quality creative is embedded in what Phantom ships and promotes.
•Lead creative development on high-visibility projects and develop scalable team processes, including reusable components and experimentation with AI tools.

•6+ years of experience in brand design, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
•A portfolio showing strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft across multiple touchpoints.
•Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects preferred).
•Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain creative rationale and advocate for decisions with senior stakeholders.
•Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system, plus curiosity about integrating AI-powered design tools into your workflow.
