Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Reimagine and optimize content creation workflows using modern platforms, automation, and generative AI.
•Engage in driving POM Discovery activities including continuous customer engagement to derive solutions that meet goals.
•Track quality and efficiency improvements through instrumented SDLC tools and report progress to executives.
•Balance technical debt and maintenance with new feature development within each sprint.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,900 - 132,450 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
•3+ years of technology leadership experience, including developing technology strategies and leading globally distributed teams
•Working knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases) and experience with GenAI toolkits (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
•Experience with modernizing architectures, cloud-native platforms, and designing/deploying solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure (containers, serverless)
•Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives
