  • •Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Reimagine and optimize content creation workflows using modern platforms, automation, and generative AI.
  • •Engage in driving POM Discovery activities including continuous customer engagement to derive solutions that meet goals.
  • •Track quality and efficiency improvements through instrumented SDLC tools and report progress to executives.
  • •Balance technical debt and maintenance with new feature development within each sprint.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,900 - 132,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • •3+ years of technology leadership experience, including developing technology strategies and leading globally distributed teams
  • •Working knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases) and experience with GenAI toolkits (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
  • •Experience with modernizing architectures, cloud-native platforms, and designing/deploying solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure (containers, serverless)
  • •Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives
