Manage a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts by handling credit and collections activities. Use customer portals to support purchase order delivery, invoicing, and payment, while working sophisticated and high-risk accounts to maintain positive customer relationships. Implement credit policies, monitor risk levels, prepare credit/collection status reports, contact customers on delinquent payments, and collaborate with associates and management to strengthen internal and external relationships.
