Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced technical support for engineering systems used in application and reliability labs.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex equipment and process issues for high-value problems.
  • •Serve as the key interface between customers, field teams, and engineering to ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • •Support field engineers, technicians, and product support teams in diagnosing, repairing, and debugging equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, or problem diagnosis.
  • •Experience with Applied Materials (AMAT) tools is a strong plus.

  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
