Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the go-to FP&A contact for MENA, Türkiye, and South Africa finance and business teams.
  • •Own financial bridging and storytelling during monthly/quarterly close cycles, validating Consumer business financial and operational results.
  • •Maintain financial controls and data integrity throughout reporting cycles.
  • •Lead month-end close activities with holistic ownership across P&L and balance sheet.
  • •Drive controllership by analyzing actuals vs. variances and tracking action plans to return financials to plan.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience.
  • •3+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • •Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • •3+ years identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance/business tools and processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in a quantitative role.
