Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store per Puma’s brand values and service standards.
  • •Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
  • •Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • •Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise and assist with stock levels and product availability.
