Lead and manage the AZAY telesales team and call center to conduct direct calls with new and existing customers using standard sales scripts. Own telesales call center performance by tracking results vs. targets, identifying issues, and driving improvements to increase productivity, reduce QC/customer/OIC complaints, and improve customer satisfaction. Update sales scripts, oversee training and coaching for telesales representatives, and manage incentives and budget coordination.
