Maintenance Manager - First Shift

Lead and manage plant maintenance operations at the Macomb facility to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support safe, efficient production. Drive maintenance strategy, department performance, safety and regulatory compliance, and food safety/USDA/GMP adherence. Manage the maintenance operating budget and performance metrics, oversee contractors, implement reliability best practices with the Reliability COE, and ensure SAP Plant Maintenance standards are adopted across the team.
