Key Responsibilities

•Assist with outside lot functions to support lot movements and general operations before, during, and after sale day.
•Prepare and stage vehicles for sale, including stickering, marking vehicles, and moving vehicles with a lot tow truck or forklift.
•Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record vehicle movement on the property for inventory accuracy.
•Support vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids/air, and verifying vehicle status while maintaining organization.
•Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure inventory flow and provide customer and admin support as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (preferred).
•Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
•Safely drive a variety of vehicle makes/models/sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.

•Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
