•Plan and launch listing campaign products (e.g., referral rewards and promotional events) to attract users, improve retention, and drive trading activity.

•Identify business problems and opportunities and drive solutions from ideation through execution.
•Partner closely with marketing, sales, engineering, risk management, legal, and operations to ensure smooth and compliant product launches.
•Define and monitor key metrics for listing campaigns, analyze performance, conduct competitor research, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

•Strong cross-functional communication skills to align stakeholders across engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, and legal.
•Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
