Staff Software Engineer - Data Infrastructure

Build and scale Plaid’s data infrastructure to power data-driven and machine-learning iteration. Lead key projects across offline streaming for data freshness, new ETL pipeline infrastructure, and evolution of data warehouse/lakehouse capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define backend roadmaps and abstractions, while debugging and reducing operational burden for the data platform. Mentor engineers and improve ML development “golden paths.”
