Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform data mining and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final test parametrics to support initial product assessment.
  • •Identify and drive parametric yield improvement to meet yield targets.
  • •Work with Tools Development engineers to feed back binning, yield, and parametric results to enhance tools’ capabilities and productivity.
  • •Develop methodologies to automate analytical tasks using scripting languages and AI.
  • •Define recipes for high-volume Engineering Samples and Production supply.
