Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, and drive revenue via omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador following style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy (preferred), including live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills.
