Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an escalation point for support-related activities.
  • •Coordinate technical activities on specific accounts and ensure KPI and deadlines are met.
  • •Design and implement complex VDI and app delivery virtualization projects using various technologies.
  • •Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.
  • •Drive high-severity incident response, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and adhere to Change Management and ITIL processes; maintain accurate ticket documentation and support knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience.
  • •7+ years of engineering and/or support experience with x86 offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
  • •Advanced experience engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS); CCA highly preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of enterprise datacenter technologies (networking, security, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS) plus Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management.
