Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Level 2/3 application production support and resolve user/service requests using incident/service workflows.
  • •Manage deployment pipelines, release management, and continuous improvement activities for system stability.
  • •Automate environment creation and configuration, including end-to-end environment management and new environment setup.
  • •Support batch jobs and EOD processing, including datamart configurations and feeder extractions for data delivery.
  • •Set up failover/DR for databases and applications and perform infrastructure monitoring across production and non-production.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
  • •Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and shell scripting (including Crontab, Control-M, and UC4).
  • •End-to-end environment management, configuration, and ability to create new environments on-demand.
  • •Experience with release management tools such as SVN, Nexus, ANT, Jenkins, and GIT.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, and event management) and strong debugging skills.
