Provide consistently high customer experience in-store while helping the location achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Oversee payroll control, expense management, and the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise. Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership, ensure compliance with policies and operational core competencies, and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping environment. Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
