Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
  • •Handle shipment clearances and track/monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Develop reports on products/materials movements and operational logistics issues.
  • •Create operational procedures and method statements, and design standard operating methods for logistics operations.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • •Knowledge of import documentation and export documentation.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and related software.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to succeed in the role.
