Job Summary

Lead daily operations of a bank branch at one of multiple management levels, aligning team performance with business goals and holding individuals accountable to results. Coach and develop staff, navigate change, and drive exceptional customer experiences while growing customer market share and revenue. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, ethics, AML, and suspicious activity requirements, and manage staffing and key employment decisions. Partner with district and regional leadership and advocate for digital solutions to increase customer usage.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•1 to 2 years (Branch Manager 2), 3 to 4 years (Branch Manager 3), 4 to 5 years (Branch Manager 4), or 6+ years (Branch Manager 5) experience in sales, retail management, or banking management environment.
•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and ongoing compliance with Regulation Z and related legal/regulatory registration requirements.
•Thorough product/service knowledge and strong understanding of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues.
•Demonstrated interpersonal communication and leadership skills, including ability to evaluate and resolve problems with minimal guidance.
