Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently develop and optimize sauce, dairy, and related food products from concept through commercialization.
  • •Translate customer briefs into product concepts, prototypes, and competitive evaluations; optimize formulations for quality, functionality, nutrition, cost, and manufacturability.
  • •Lead multiple projects through concept development, bench formulation, pilot plant validation, manufacturing trials, and commercial launch.
  • •Collaborate with Regulatory, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure successful project execution and communicate recommendations.
  • •Support troubleshooting and scale-up by developing samples in lab and pilot settings and attending plant trials in person or virtually as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • •Master’s degree or advanced degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of food product development experience, including sauces, dairy products, or related food systems.
  • •Demonstrated success leading projects from concept to commercialization with strong formulation and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • •Strong understanding of food processing and manufacturing operations, including scale-up from bench to production.
