Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global payroll operations across direct employees, EORs, and contractors to ensure timely, accurate, compliant pay cycles.
  • •Prepare and perform payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP (GL) reconciliations to support month-end close.
  • •Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, and equity-related taxable events.
  • •Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems through reconciliations and exception reviews.
  • •Support audits and external advisors with accurate, well-documented operational data.
