  • •Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for hardest technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infra, Product, and Design
  • •Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using AI sourcing tools, agents, and automation
  • •Design and iterate on AI-assisted outreach with highly personalized, technically credible messaging
  • •Map deep talent pools and competitive companies to surface undiscovered candidates

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • •Experience building sourcing programs, pipelines, or AI/automation workflows from scratch
  • •Fluency with AI recruiting tools, agents, and automation; ability to judge where they help and where they don’t
  • •Technically literate—can review GitHub profiles and understand what makes candidates exceptional
  • •Experience with sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Noon, Metaview, and Ashby (or similar)
