Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate digital and data-driven workflows into conventional MEP engineering design processes across the project lifecycle.
  • •Collect, structure, clean, and analyze MEP project data from BIM models and engineering tools to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop automation scripts and digital tools to streamline repetitive engineering tasks, including data extraction, model checking, reporting, and QA/QC.
  • •Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate engineering performance and project insights using Power BI or similar platforms.
  • •Develop and maintain engineering databases, templates, and digital resources, and support building performance analytics using simulation outputs (e.g., IES VE, EnergyPlus).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Data Science/Data Analytics, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Digital/Computational Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
  • •Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and C#, for data manipulation, automation, and analytical workflows.
  • •Experience with SQL and Power BI, including data visualization.
  • •Familiarity with BIM and engineering platforms such as Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (additional tools like Navisworks, IES VE, EnergyPlus, Grasshopper, Rhino, and Dynamo are advantageous).
  • •Understanding of BIM data structures, APIs, and interoperability between engineering software platforms.
