Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations and new process development.
  • •Qualify new or enhance existing lithography/photo processes to diversify the product portfolio and improve manufacturing capacity in a ramping fab environment.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to raise efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Drive cost-competitive lithography strategies, including resist chemistry, anti-reflective coatings, and film stack interactions.
  • •Lead root-cause investigations for excursions or yield issues and identify systematic process or equipment-related problems using data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • •5 years of experience as a Photolithography Process Engineer.
  • •Knowledge of critical dimension (CD) control, overlay, focus/exposure matrix (FEM) optimization, and OPC (optical proximity correction).
  • •Strong experience with process control systems including SPC and APC (advanced process control), plus equipment matching.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
