Job Summary

Develop and execute differentiated Business Banking value propositions for customer segments using customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence. Own segment strategy and proposition frameworks that drive customer acquisition, engagement, portfolio growth, and profitability through product, pricing, service, and experience design. Build business cases and insight-led campaigns, coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Risk, Analytics and stakeholders, and monitor performance metrics to continuously optimize segment outcomes.

•Develop and support implementation of Business Banking segment strategies to define differentiated, commercially viable value propositions.
•Translate customer insights and analytics into segment strategies and proposition frameworks to drive acquisition, portfolio composition, growth, and profitability.
•Design and continuously enhance value propositions, defining product, pricing, service, and experience components aligned to customer needs and market dynamics.
•Lead proposition initiatives and business cases, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to improve engagement, competitiveness, and portfolio performance.
•Analyse segment performance using customer data and portfolio metrics, refine segmentation and targeting, coordinate campaigns, and build structured reporting for continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with exposure to Business Banking Segment Value Proposition, product management or analytics.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
•Experience with Business Banking Segment Strategy and Customer Value Proposition design.
•Strong Customer Analytics and Data Interpretation, plus Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
•Stakeholder and relationship management with Team leadership and performance management experience.
