Job Summary

Drive sales through outbound telemarketing: cold call prospects, explain products/services and pricing, and deliver sales talks using scripts. Gather leads and referrals from multiple sources, qualify prospects, and conduct sales calls to secure purchases. Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and escalating recommendations, while maintaining accurate records in the company system and staying current with product/service knowledge. Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs set by management.

•Sell products via telephone and contact individuals by phone to solicit sales for goods or services
•Persuade potential customers to purchase using prepared sales talks and scripts
•Explain products, services, and prices, and answer customer questions
•Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
•Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders in the company system and obtain customer information to enter orders

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school certification
•Diploma and some work experience preferred
•Strong communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication
•Good selling skills and positive energy with a teamwork ethos
•Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Products
