Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of associates and contractors to design and implement solutions for finance process re-imagination and change.
  • •Maintain up-to-date understanding of OneStream, including activities, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • •Own the underlying application governance and controls supporting planning and reporting processes at Capital One.
  • •Provide timely status and risks updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Collaborate in a changing environment to drive process enhancements and ensure well-managed monthly processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial systems, accounting, or a combination.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using a Planning, Consolidation, CPM, or EPM application.
  • •At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • •Knowledge of OneStream and experience with administrative work in OneStream or a similar EPM application (preferred).
