Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily operations with an external warehouse provider for finished goods.
  • •Maintain and update reporting and KPIs for the external logistics provider’s performance.
  • •Verify monthly provider invoicing and apply penalties for SLA non-compliance per contract.
  • •Plan inbound flows of finished goods returning from production and coordinate alignment for yard management.
  • •Oversee stock accuracy activities (consignment stock monitoring, monthly stock analysis, cycle counts, annual inventories) and resolve shipment anomalies and non-conformity reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.
  • •Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (Stealth 3000 and Logimoda preferred).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • •Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B2 Level).
  • •Ability to assess, prioritise, and manage operational workload with strong organisational and planning skills.
