Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations by co-building initial workflows with customer and partner engineering teams
  • •Implement and teach production-safe workflow patterns including retries, timeouts, heartbeats, determinism, and versioning
  • •Help customers stand up and operate Temporal Server in production, including self-hosted environments
  • •Define worker deployment, scaling, and operational guardrails such as upgrade strategy, failure handling, and capacity planning
  • •Establish observability and reliability standards by defining metrics, alerts, and dashboards for workflows, workers, and Temporal Server

Key Requirements
