Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain SAP order release schedule to provide material on time for manufacturing and engineering
  • •Perform pre-shortage analysis, reschedule/complete no-charge discrete jobs, and conduct work order variance analysis
  • •Review MRP execution to ensure accuracy of information; reconcile supply and demand and validate master scheduling requirements
  • •Manage engineering change orders by ensuring proper disposition, preparing status reports for ECOs and ECRs, and coordinating on material affected by ECOs
  • •Drive inventory and process control activities including system maintenance/audits, floor audits with Finance, cycle counting, and root-cause corrective action from PCI reporting and metrics
