Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia, setting the regional approach to pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement.
•Own the full event life cycle for the region - drive logistics, operations and execution of all planned events, collaborating with local marketing and vendors.
•Build and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing calendar spanning field events, executive programs, ABM campaigns, and digital demand generation.
•Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for the Scandinavia sales leadership team, co-developing go-to-market plans and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities.
•Maintain direct alignment with sales on pre/post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.
