Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop formulations in line with development brief, internal formulation charter, and planning.
  • •Conduct laboratory testing of various formulations and manage support materials for press and format formats.
  • •Lead R&D planning elements using an internal project management tool and provide regular progress reports with corrective actions as needed.
  • •Oversee formula release in collaboration with supporting services (RA/Packaging/Quality, etc.) and manage stability, microbiology, and compatibility testing.
  • •Maintain formulation data in internal software and ensure documentation for the Product Information File (DIP).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of successful experience in formulation and project management, specifically with perfumed derivatives
  • •Scientific training at Bac+5 level or higher (Master)
  • •Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and/or perfumery, including olfactory/sensory knowledge
  • •Understanding of cosmetic regulations and regulatory constraints
  • •Ability to work autonomously in project mode, interact with diverse stakeholders, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
