Own product marketing and product-management activities for Cadence PCIe and CXL Controller IP. Key Responsibilities

•Own roadmap input, market requirements, and product definition for PCIe and CXL Controller IP based on customer needs, trends, competition, and standards evolution.
•Define and execute competitive marketing strategies with SerDes marketing, engineering, sales, program management, and application engineering.
•Engage lead customers and ecosystem partners to understand system-level requirements across AI/HPC infrastructure, data center accelerators, storage, networking, automotive, and SoC/chiplet use cases.
•Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product requirements and compelling customer-facing messaging, including collateral and sales enablement tools.
•Support design-win activities by partnering with sales/field teams on competitive positioning and responding to RFIs/RFPs; track standards and represent Cadence at events and digital channels.

Salary: USD 154,000 - 286,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, SoC, hardware design, verification, systems engineering, product management, product marketing, applications engineering, or a closely related technical role.
•Strong working knowledge of PCI Express and/or CXL technologies, including controller architecture, protocol features, SoC integration, performance, power, debug, compliance, and ecosystem requirements.
•Ability to quickly understand complex hardware and software solutions and communicate their value to both technical and business audiences.
•Experience working directly with customers, sales teams, engineering teams, or field application teams in a semiconductor or IP business environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
