Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow HSE guidelines for safe handling of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • •Store RM and FG according to GMP with traceability, and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) on time and maintain related bills.
  • •Issue raw materials to production using FIFO and GMP, and issue MRO materials to maintenance per work orders.
  • •Perform cycle counting and periodic physical inventory (RM/FG/MRO/packing material) and maintain inventory accuracy (system vs physical).
  • •Execute interunit RM transfers, subcontracting reconciliation, maintain 5S/housekeeping, and support OTIF monitoring and service-related customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Bachelor degree with major in management or logistics related field.
  • •3 years’ experience in indirect procurement from multinational companies.
  • •Experience in MRO purchasing and Project purchasing.
  • •Other logistics experience in planning, raw material purchasing, material control, customer service, warehouse, and waste disposal management is a plus.
  • •Good command of MS Office and experience of SAP.
